I recently had an appointment with John at Amerigem so I could get an idea of what a tennis bracelet I had recently inherited after my grandfather passed was made of and what it might be worth. John was very courteous, helpful, professional, and informative, and I can see that he’s extremely knowledgeable about his field of work. I recently had the pleasure of meeting John for an appointment on a ring that was passed down to my fiancé. John was personable and very quick to reply for an appointment time. He was extremely knowledgeable and completely explained the entire process of what he was doing with it for us ! Would most certainly recommended if you’re looking for a great experience.
John was amazing when I met him to appraise two rings. He was very knowledgeable and down to earth. I highly recommend him.
