1 Star – Discriminatory and Unprofessional Experience I had an extremely upsetting experience with Amerige Point Apartments that I believe involved discrimination. I was approved for the apartment, received a move-in checklist, and was instructed by email to bring a cashier’s check to complete the move-in. My boyfriend mistakenly brought a money order instead. Beautiful homes a bit pricey
My car was robbed and the management team handled it terribly. The security cameras near my car just happened to be out for the whole day when it happened, so there was nothing the police could do. The guard saw it happen, but he couldn’t identify if the car was even a suv or a sedan. My car was on a brick for a whole day. After talking with the management team, they tried to get me to rent a garage for around $200 a month. This is a good place to live if you are Asian or White. If you don’t fit that criteria then you should probably look for housing elsewhere. I have lived here for about 2 years and have felt more racism by the management and fellow renters than I have my 30 years living in California.
