Poor value for money. There is a high probability that you will have noisy neighbors, and every night there are loud cars on the surrounding roads that will wake you up from your sound sleep. Apartment buildings have poor soundproofing and ventilation
I just move here for a few weeks and this place is very good. The leasing consultant and apartment manager help me a lot in leasing apartment. The maintainence person is very kindly and always on any question that I have. The location is walking distance to the shop and restaurant. It is nice and convenient.
