We've been living here for over a year now and decided to extend our lease. Personally, I think the staff team is very nice and friendly. They try to accommodate to your needs and concerns as tenants the best they can. We initially had some trouble with noise from upstairs neighbors, but the manager Carol did her best for us to resolve this dispute professionally which we really appreciated. Overall, the environment is quite nice, and the residents in the neighborhood seem to have a good standard of living. Being close to the commercial district makes shopping very convenient. My current impression is that it is a safe, convenient, and clean area. Houses located near the N. Gilbert and Stern Goodman ends offer easy access, but they tend to be noisier due to noticeably louder road noise. Apart from that, everything else is pretty good.

Hi, Thank you for following up. Unfortunately, it was not a great experience. I drove an hour and a half to tour the live/work unit, and from the moment I arrived, the leasing agent did not greet me with a smile or make me feel welcome. Early in the conversation, she asked whether there would be any water usage. When I said yes, she immediately told me I would not qualify for the unit. Despite the fantastic location and attractive price point, my wife and I had a surprisingly unprofessional experience here. We specifically booked a visit because the unit was listed as available online, and their AI messenger explicitly confirmed we could tour it. However, upon arrival, we were told the unit actually wasn't available to view. When we asked if we could see a unit with a similar layout instead, we were flatly denied. Amerige Pointe has been the best apartment community I’ve lived in. The manager and staff are professional, caring, and do an amazing job keeping the property clean, beautiful, and safe. The maintenance team is incredibly fast, reliable, and always professional. I also love the warm community atmosphere. The staff makes residents feel welcome, and they host lovely seasonal events during Christmas, Thanksgiving, and other holidays.
