It's about to be a month of not resolving anything regarding the delivery receipt request I've made. I expect an adjusted bill or a call from someone immediately. I was told this would all be resolved by 11/19. NO ONE has followed up with me. I have been calm and patient on every phone call with every one of your representatives.
