It's about to be a month of not resolving anything regarding the delivery receipt request I've made. I expect an adjusted bill or a call from someone immediately. I was told this would all be resolved by 11/19. NO ONE has followed up with me. I have been calm and patient on every phone call with every one of your representatives. This has never been a problem before. The company has always been able to send me all delivery receipts EXCEPT these last two months. How do I know the deliveries are actually being made???
