Rude and deceitful management at this location. Improvement desperately needed. Fire all of it and start over.
As an individual who has personally observed this branch and its employees first hand at their branch in El Cajon, there is something very wrong with the management. Very unhappy & adversarial atmosphere there. My personal observation is that the management is creating this environment. High turnover with the drivers. All the bad customer reviews are most likely true due to the miserable employees not wanting to work there but need a paycheck. Worst experience ever. Paid extra 300 twice for urgent delivery. Didn't get a delivery at all the first time. So I called to get 300 dollar credit. She said she had no documentation regarding the 300 dollars. My bank has documentation that it was taken out of my account. When I tried to explain the situation to the customer service gal. She told me to stop being upset and act better. They just suck!!!!!
Horrible service! The worst experience I have ever had with a paying service. Always charging extra and skipping service. It has been more than a year since I canceled and I am still waiting for my $200 deposit. They keep saying they can't find a note in their system that confirmed I made that deposit payment lol everhough they will not start their service without a deposit. Horrible Horrible Horrible
