I pay all of my bills on time and have it on automatic delivery. They have failed to deliver my propane within the timeframe on multiple occasions to the point where it’s blowing cold air and smelling like gas for days. There is no reason that I should be living like this as a paying customer. I live somewhere that has -15 degree temperatures for days at a time, and if I did not personally have the delivery person’s information— I would be screwed. Terrible customer service and terrible pricing.
Wow what happened?! They locked up the office so all face to face is gone. All calls get routed to a call center in what appears to be India. They all read from a script. They lied to me 3 days in a row. Got my driveway plowed and sanded every day. They never showed. Both tanks empty now I'm on a flight to Ft Lauderdale. Absolutely worst company! It used to be great before they sold out. Anyways both tanks are empty come and get em! No coming back from what you put me through this week.
Worst company ever to deal with. I used to love them and had them for years. They shipped their customer service over seas and got rid of their service department. I requested several times to be put on auto delivery and was told it was all set then about. Month and half later ran out and had to pay 300 buck extra 3x in 12 months for delivery. 3rd time and I switch to a local company. No contract and better pricing. Nicer tanks too. I'd rate 0 stars if I could. Amerigas filled our propane tanks while we were on vacation. Because they couldn't access the house to verify the gas lines, they turned off the tanks and locked them. They didn't bother checking the pressure on the tanks outside of the house. They also didn't bother to contact us to tell us they were locking our tanks.
