First and foremost, if you have a high call volume that means you need more workers. I get some people don't want to work but there is no excuse for poor customer service. I waited over 40 minutes just to talk to a rep and was hung up on out of the blue. I didn't even get to speak to anyone!!! This is unacceptable! I've never experienced such poor service from a company that is supposed to be professional. DON'T CHOOSE AMERIGAS. I have been (won't be soon) a customer for 15+ years, but they DO NOT care about their customers, or their loyalty to their company. Recently, I sent several emails regarding being charged for services Amerigas DID NOT provide (because talking to anyone on the phone is impossible, even when you do get through, you can't understand what they are saying), I am unable to get any response or communication back regarding this issue, but they have no problem sending me an OUTRAGEOUS bill in the mail.
