My husband and I obtained wonderful service and help from AmeriGas! The representative Mark not only filled the tank by gas, but checked the whole system for leaking! It was a lot of work to do! Mark checked the possibility of leaking, and discovered that the main reason was in regulator. Thus, this tool was replaced by the new one. Having a hard time with company. We are out of propane and they are taking their sweet time and yes I understand I'm on a schedule delivery but I'm out and have kids that I need to provide heat for and feed also. And they also need to be able to be clean. This company is a joke.
Far, far too expensive - at least a buck more than the competition. TERRIBLE customer service, you can't get a live person to save your life, and the "NEW IMPROVED" voice system DOES NOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH; everything must be repeated over and over again. I am currently looking for a new provider. NEVER AGREE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. A final note: once you cancel their abysmal service and request tank removal, they will take months to remove it, and then charge you a fee for the removal. Don't pay it! Hire a lawyer!
