AmeriGas is a quality option for propane! So far this company has given me the best service and ease of handling for my propane needs. It is easy to order a refill of my tank to be delivered, I don’t have to be there when it’s delivered, which is great for my busy schedule, and it is easy to pay for my invoice online logged into my account.
The technician was AWESOME. Filled from main road with line as we requested. Also, he checked the regulator and all is well, again! Also... the phone Service center is awesome. I recently dropped Suburban Propane after Suburban bought out Griffin's ... and so glad I switched as Suburban was horrible (and charged outrageous fees to just remove THEIR tank - see my separate review under Griffin's/Suburban). originally rented our propane tank from Ikard and Newsom 20 YEARS ago and still are . Then the company was switched to Amerigas . We no longer need our propane tank due to selling our house and this company is wanting to charge 200plus just to take back THEIR propane tank . It’s ridiculous and I do not recommend using this company. Customer service is just a bunch of foreign people also . STAY CLEAR of this business !
