This is truly a heartless company. I have leukemia, and immune suppressed, and depend on propane gas for heat. This company has let my tank run bone dry for two months in a row. There is no help over the phone or website that is of any use. Stay away from this company at all cost. They are unreliable, uncaring, and impossible to deal with.
No local office to talk to. Everytime you call it’s an hour wait and not very helpful.
