Billed twice for propane. Horrible customer service. Will not ever use again
AmeriGas has been providing my propane for, I don't know how long, maybe 15 years. I never give them, or my propane a thought, which I consider exceptional service.
Worst company ever! They come on your property without notice. They say that dogs are in the yard when they couldn't possibly be there because nobody is home. They won't call or knock on the door. They just swing by and leave without delivery.
We use AMERIGAS because the service is hassle free and reliable. We're always satisfied with their answers to our questions. A very good fuel provider indeed!
