Been with them 32 yrs. They now are useless. Customer support is black hole you go into and never get out of. Put in a delivery request May 13 and still no gas. System shows delivery date of May 14.Today still no gas. Was on hold for 16 minutes was told they have local office call me. No call.🤬
Billed twice for propane. Horrible customer service. Will not ever use again
AmeriGas has been providing my propane for, I don't know how long, maybe 15 years. I never give them, or my propane a thought, which I consider exceptional service.
Worst company ever! They come on your property without notice. They say that dogs are in the yard when they couldn't possibly be there because nobody is home. They won't call or knock on the door. They just swing by and leave without delivery.
