If there was a score lower than 1 that’s what my rating would be. This is without a doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with. Customer service is horrible. They never followed through on promises. Customer service employees aren’t well trained at all. Not enough space here to express my displeasure with Amerigas. Steer clear of this company. Worst experience

Moved from one house to another. Called to switch my service to the new house. They came and picked up my leased tank at the old house. Then sent me a bill for nearly $500 just to pick up their tank. No body bothered to tell me about this ridiculous fee.
Very professional and on time. Best gas company to service my property. Responded quickly to suspected gas leak. Thankfully there wasn't one.
