The agents that I encountered on the phone were all from another country. They were hard to understand and could not bring a solution to the problem. They could not understand what I was talking about. I was asking to use a discount coupon that had been mailed to me the same time we requested a refill. They refused to honor it. I took my complaint to the BBB for resolution. After several weeks they finally reimbursed me. It should not have come to that!!
