The agents that I encountered on the phone were all from another country. They were hard to understand and could not bring a solution to the problem. They could not understand what I was talking about. I was asking to use a discount coupon that had been mailed to me the same time we requested a refill. They refused to honor it. 1.Overcharged by about 60 gallons if I got filled at all. 2.Tank was approximately 20% at start. At 5% when completed. 3.Cannot understand "customer service". Was told not possible to reach English speaker. Is it possible to get this resolved without getting dumped in to an offshore call center?
Our issues with AmeriGas are ongoing. Below is the email & photos sent 3 days ago...and still no response. After weeks of working with you folks...and hours holding on the phone...an Amerigas driver finally picked up the rusted out Amerigas tank on Thursday. We recently purchased a home in Florence OR with a VERY old AmeriGas tank with VERY rusted connections. During home inspection, we noted a gas smell and turned off gas and requested a service call. We were told by the AmeriGas rep there was no smell. Since then, we've been dealing with AmeriGas about replacing the tank, but have gotten varying answers about the specific process.
