Price gouging at its finest with Amerigas. Charging double $4.19 a gallon when their competitors are charging $2.16 a gallon. If you try to buy the tanks from them the quote an insane price on a 30 year old tanks so you can’t afford to buy them and have to stay with them.
Bad service and tons of hidden fees
After the explanation of issues with my Propane you credited me for the leaking gas and took care of my issue.
Very bad service. I was never t able to communicate with Service Department, Billing department. I need the details of the charges posted in my account. For many years I do have a specific gas delivery schedule. Amerigas failed to deliver the gas indicating the tank was full, w/o checking the tank gauge was not working well. The gas was delivered after I have called every hour for 3 consecutive days indicating my house was w/o heat. I want to be sure I was not charged any emergency delivery fee.
