They have earned every bit of the bad reviews they received. In 27 years running a business I have never delt with a more unprofessional propane company. Holding my hoses hostage because a disgruntle tech "decided" to deem our connections not up to "his" standards now I haven't had propane to service our customers for two weeks! Called customer service, told them my situation, placed me on a lengthy hold, and finally hung up on me while waiting on hold.
They charge more than a $1.00 per gallon over the average price in my state. They charge a bogus tank rental fee when it is not applicable. They constantly change the terms of service and fees. They are just an AWFUL company. Buy your own tank rather than renting — it is a lot cheaper over time. They will charge a fortune to take out their own tank.
Very poor customer service
Long phone wait times and I often have to call back to get delivery of propane when they miss the first date. It can really be frustrating to have to chase them down for delivery when your tank gets low.
Worst company ever.I supposed to receive my delivery on January 26 and today is February 13th and every single day I call they say tomorrow and still haven’t receive anything.Me and my family has no heat , hot water, dryer and stove for the past 2 weeks now.
