Worst company ever. I canceled my service because of 5 years worth of bad service and they sent me a bill for $120 to come and pick up THEIR tanks. Do not recommend this company at all. Would give 1/2 star if I could but that’s not an option.
This is the absolute worst company to work with, particularly for a commercial account. The only thing American about Ameri-gas are the drivers. They screw up invoices, contracts, and use fictitious American names on their contracts. Our "territory manager" on our contract, whose name is William, cannot be found in their system...I'm looking elsewhere for propane!!
The price of our tank fill up increased dramatically and is not in line with what others in our area are charging. I will be changing service
Really bad service, very expensive, I was on auto delivery and ran out of gas. When i called they said my account was changed to call only. I never change it! now they want to charge me leak test . No thank you, i will cancel service. Also, i was told by customer service if i plan to order i need to use website that's free, if i call and want to talk to a person, it will be $10 service fee. Check out Consumer Affairs website so many complaints.
