I had their tanks put in two years ago. They put the tanks in where they’re leaning against the house. I ended up with a gas leak. I called customer service they came. They shut the tanks off when I called to see about the service they tell me it’s gonna cost $723 for them to come and fix a gas leak. I feel they put the tanks in wrong they should never been leaning up against my home. I told them I did not have that money for them to come and service a leak that I had nothing to do with I would never recommend this company.

Be wary. Feels over priced and money hungry. Finally compared prices with last bill, they are nearly double the rate of other local propane dealers $4.89 vs $2.70, and when I called would not give me a breakdown of my per gallon charge stating each person is an individual charge calculation. Feels exploitive. I have been a customer for over 3 years, and am outside the extra charge for returning equipment in the first contract, but they still charge around $400 to return their equipment in fees. A company with terrible business practices, and wont take accountability for their errors. Lock out tanks with no warning or effort to contact account-holder. Then charges $500 to come back out on a separate date to re-hook up the tanks they disconnected. Then come to find out they only filled 1 out of the 2 tanks when we run out of propane way earlier than we should have. All around terrible at communicating and doesn’t care at all about the customers they serve.

Terrible company to deal with anymore. Used to be good with customer service that you could pick up the phone and call someone who cares, but sadly, like a lot of companies now when you call for customer service, you get a call center with someone who doesn’t even understand how propane works to heat your house. They forced all the people out that used to do a good job, because this is cheaper. Rip off on their prices....try to leave and hit you with costs....u have to pay every year to rent their tanks...took a long time to get last delivery....I am done with this company...after 25 years I can't afford them anymore...senior citizen and they don't tell you they can lower the cost until u are ready to leave which I am going to do!
