Well it has always been a negative experience for me since 2022. Though ill just start off in October of 2024 ordered propane, it was delivered but some valve was left open releasing 6-7% of my delivered propane off into the atmosphere. Delivery guy error. Contacted amerigas about it a few times over a month and 0 response. Superfluous charges. Surprise fees. I've had enough, come pick up your tank
THey have always delivered the fuel I needed when I ordered it as I am on an as needed basis.
Getting help through the customer service line is an absolute nightmare with this company. I would suggest literally anyone else. You can't get much worse than AmeriGas for your propane needs.
