I called them for two weeks to deliver gas to a rental house that I own they sent me three texts saying they delivered. They never did deliver. It was below zero temperature temperatures which caused pipes to burst and thousands of dollars with the damage to my home.!
Worthless company. Terrible customer service with. Mind numbingly slow. Pick a different provider.
Worst costumer service. You can't talk to a local office about billing questions. They charged my card without authorization for hidden fees and never let me know when they were coming to pick up my tanks after I canceled my contract. I had to remind them 3 times that I still had empty tanks and then one day they were just gone and I had over $300 in charges on my card.
Have owed me a refund for propane unused for 9 months. Closed my account without 180$ dollars 3/24/23 being returned! Called over 20 times!
Fantastic driver - 5 stars! Company, not good - 1 star. So many additional fees. Now that all the local offices have been closed and corporate has completely taken over...we're just a number now, not a customer.
