Worst costumer service. You can't talk to a local office about billing questions. They charged my card without authorization for hidden fees and never let me know when they were coming to pick up my tanks after I canceled my contract. I had to remind them 3 times that I still had empty tanks and then one day they were just gone and I had over $300 in charges on my card.
Have owed me a refund for propane unused for 9 months. Closed my account without 180$ dollars 3/24/23 being returned! Called over 20 times!
Fantastic driver - 5 stars! Company, not good - 1 star. So many additional fees. Now that all the local offices have been closed and corporate has completely taken over...we're just a number now, not a customer.
Been calling for 3 months now for delivery to dollar general in Milledgeville get through to a corporate answering service and told oh we are so sorry we will deliver tomorrow. 3 months now my store has not had a tank delivery. This is ridiculous!
Ordered my tank on Dec 21 2022 even paid for emergency assistance was Guarantee 24 hour delivery due to being at 20%. A week later I still had no delivery I had called everyday to see the status of my tank and was told everyday it would be there by the end of day. After waiting 9 days and still nothing I ran out of gas and when I called back to let them know they still couldn't tell me nothing with my tank.
