Run! Don't turn your back and walk. Run backwards away from this company! The customer service is customer frustration. Outsourced call center. You aren't even a number. Language barrier is ridiculous. I believe everyone ishould have equal employment opportunities but at least be abe to recognize english is the language being spoken. Top it off with complete disconnect from any human aspect of the customer experience. They are reading a script. Answers to questions free thinking not happening. Beyond nightmare. This is the worst company I’ve ever worked with. All of the local offices within a 45 min radius have been closed. I have never callled these people and had a wait time less than 30 mins. When they give you a number to another department, you start all over in the main que. It’s like ground hog day.

I would give zero stars if that were an option. First, my account was set up incorrectly. I was told when I set up the account that the tank would be automatically filled. Then, 9 months later, my tank was empty. My water heater, oven, and stove top all run on propane. I called Amerigas and set up an expedited/emergency delivery and told them that we cannot cook or use our shower without doing an ice cold shower. They assured me that they would get someone out as soon as possible. Fast forward four days, still no propane. I ... read more

I have been waiting on a tank for months. I keep calling and they reschedule and i havent received my tank. Worse experience ever
