Their customer service is terrible!!
Wish I could give you less than 1 star.
Had delivery set between two dates and told we would receive a text the day before. Got a text yesterday saying they tried to deliver, but dogs kept them from getting in to fill. I was home all day and had no truck on our ring camera. Called and was told emergency delivery would be in the next 24 hrs. Sat home and no delivery. This company just keeps getting worse.
I requested a refill and it was only filled to 70%, this part I could have overlooked but it was the absolute lack of customer service that warranted the 1-star. Three weeks after the fill, my propane gauge still reads 70% because it hasn't been used and customer service insists I have a leak and need to pay for a service call. They can't fathom that the driver just didn't do there job.
Like many of the reviews here have said, we had an appointment window for today which completely devoured our entire day waiting for them to show up. They never showed and the phone/chat customer service repeatedly lied and said the person was just "running behind". Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. We have a "new appointment date" but absolutely not...
