This should be a zero star! I called on a Tuesday because we were under 20% to see if they could get us a delivery before the weekend. I was promised that if I paid all the new customer fees and paid to have my tank inspected they would be there Friday morning of the same week to inspect and fill. Friday came and no one. Made multiple calls only to keep getting transferred and told they won’t be coming until Monday at the earliest and that someone had to be home to have the inspection completed. its ok service, but i can't get a hold of anyone at the local office. I called the number they provided and it wired me to a foreign person, and same for the 1-800 number, I called and got routed to a foreigner... like why?

These people are so rude. $200 for express delivery and then she hangs up as if to say "up yours". Changing service and will NEVER recommend them

Warning! This is absolutely the worst public utility company I have ever dealt with. Propane orders online get delayed up to 2 weeks during the winter. Forget about trying to call in to get a status update. 90 minutes hold time (on average), and then usually a hang up right after finally getting connected. Going directly to the company building in Show Low does not help either. Nobody is usually even there.
