POOR COMMUNICATION WITH THE GROUP IN INDIA
Always deliver as soon as they can, they come out even in the middle of the night if you are having a problem, every one is very polite

Was a customer for 21 years have a tank on property, had to call the last 3 years for the rental to be waived because they stated WHEN YOU FILL AT LEAST ONCE A YEAR WE WILL WAVE THE FEE, well they decided to change the rules 6 months ago WITHOUT sending a notice(professional I know!) So they wanna charge us double because they say you now have to order DOUBLE what you usually do in order for the fee to be waved, so we say cancel our account for them to say in order for them to take the tank back we have to pay $149 for remov... read more
