Worst company we have ever dealt with. Recently purchased a seasonal property and had full LP tanks (80%) upon closing, we paid for the gas at closing. 5 days after closing they allegedly delivered 190 gals and are billing us for that. Have been calling to them for two weeks...same answer every time, we will resolve this in 72hours. No call backs as promised, issue still not resolved, cannot get to a local entity. All calls go to a call center that appears to be in the middle east. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Drivers from the Alder Creek branch are either blind or stupid pulling out in front of loaded, semi trucks at 60 miles an hour in order to travel less than an eighth of a mile to turn into a fuel station, forcing semi trucks to slam their brakes on in order to yield as the AmeriGas trucks do not have the right of way and should not have entered the roadway
