I love the equal pay and they are extremely responsive when I need a fill.
Do not do business with this company. They have a negligently bad billing system. My current account balance is zero. In fact we have $146 credit showing on our account because of a previous overcharge. We did not receive an invoice or statement, but today I got a call from a debt collection company because amerigas sent us to collections. I tried to call Amerigas billing department but the wait time was 69 minutes. Please a I.void this company at all costs
This company has zero respect for their customers. After leading me on making me stay on hold for up to two hours at a time (first call was a solid 2 hours) and then to only finally come out and say they can’t take the tank today, but they promised they would do it in one week so I rescheduled my whole day again they never showed up once again.
