How did we do? Well, at the time I received this survey, you had done nothing - and that's a problem. My propane tank ran dry a couple days later, in spite of being on a regular delivery schedule. The time between deliveries had been repeatedly lengthened in the past year, with no adjustment for increasing propane use as we went into this summer. I've been faithful customers since 2008 and I recently moved and have been calling them daily asking them to move my hundred gallon propane tank so I can have hot water and cook they are not even returning my calls. This company is the worst they do not care about their customers and I am so angry. NOT A GOOD COMPANY THAT CARES.
