I was scheduled to receive an urgent delivery on Friday, 12/19/2025. Our tank was down to 20% at that time. We waited at home for the delivery to come but no one showed up. We got really concerned we might run out over the weekend. We thought that AmeriGas would reschedule the delivery for Monday, 12/22/2025 but after a while, I called and was told the delivery would be for Tuesday, 12/23/2025 The delivery didn't show up until Tuesday, 12/23/2025 when our tan went down to about 12%. How did we do? Well, at the time I received this survey, you had done nothing - and that's a problem. My propane tank ran dry a couple days later, in spite of being on a regular delivery schedule. The time between deliveries had been repeatedly lengthened in the past year, with no adjustment for increasing propane use as we went into this summer. I've been faithful customers since 2008 and I recently moved and have been calling them daily asking them to move my hundred gallon propane tank so I can have hot water and cook they are not even returning my calls. This company is the worst they do not care about their customers and I am so angry. NOT A GOOD COMPANY THAT CARES.
