This company has zero respect for their customers. After leading me on making me stay on hold for up to two hours at a time (first call was a solid 2 hours) and then to only finally come out and say they can’t take the tank today, but they promised they would do it in one week so I rescheduled my whole day again they never showed up once again. I was scheduled to receive an urgent delivery on Friday, 12/19/2025. Our tank was down to 20% at that time. We waited at home for the delivery to come but no one showed up. We got really concerned we might run out over the weekend. We thought that AmeriGas would reschedule the delivery for Monday, 12/22/2025 but after a while, I called and was told the delivery would be for Tuesday, 12/23/2025 The delivery didn't show up until Tuesday, 12/23/2025 when our tan went down to about 12%. How did we do? Well, at the time I received this survey, you had done nothing - and that's a problem. My propane tank ran dry a couple days later, in spite of being on a regular delivery schedule. The time between deliveries had been repeatedly lengthened in the past year, with no adjustment for increasing propane use as we went into this summer.
