They shut down customer service in Carbondale. I switched to CO-OP.
Getting started took way longer than expected, took about 6 months to get our dispenser tank setup and certified. Then getting invoices has been a pain, and our account never got setup then was told that I need to do the office's job and setup my own account to pay my invoices.
Worst company ever. STAY AWAY
Timely swap-outs of propane tanks. Drivers are courteous and professional.
