Terrible customer service. Failed to tell me about all the fees attached. Found out when I got the bill. Customer by phone goes to the Philippines. When asked to speak to someone in the US they say they can't do that.... Terrible!!!!!

I would rate zero stars, if I could. I live in the Las Vegas area. AmeriGas close the location in Las Vegas. I have been so unhappy with the terrible customer service over the last couple of years. This company is price gouging they’re charging me $4.99 per gallon in their competitors are only charging $2.89 per gallon. I called on April 17,2023 to get a refund that I had in my account so I can close my account. They said I would receive my refund in 7 to 10 business days I did not receive my refund so I called back on May 1... read more

I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD. We moved into a new home and had scheduled appointments with them to come and check and install propane. They made me miss 4 days of work because they kept calling on the day of the appointment s after th scheduled time saying the person that was coming called in. Another reason I do not recommend them is because everytime you call support the support people are in another state so you never talk to anyone local.. HORRIBLE SERVICE

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I moved into a new home and attempted to take over the propane account, multiple time this company still has the previous owner on the account and requests to talk to the previous owner. Then, they tell me there is a $1000 lean on the rented tank that needs to paid for before an order for propane can be ordered. I pay them the $1000 and order another $700 dollars in propane. It is hard to get a hold of anyone. I have been hung up on 2 of the 4 times I have called. Keep getting the run around. Each department gives me a new number to call and no one actually helps. Not customer friendly automated service or Customer Services Advocates are not helpful or friendly either.
