UPDATE 4/7/2026 FROM LAS VEGAS, NM - This might be the most dishonest company I have ever worked with. Everything I said below was from awhile back, and it happened all over again. They hiked the price all the way to well over $5 per gallon. Not only that, they recently overfilled my tank and made a local emergency out of that. I called them to send someone, and they never sent anyone to help, and they charged me for the overfill amount. If I could give this organization 0 out of 5 I would. Is this Ferrell Gas...and NOT open Saturdays!?
Terrible customer service. Failed to tell me about all the fees attached. Found out when I got the bill. Customer by phone goes to the Philippines. When asked to speak to someone in the US they say they can't do that.... Terrible!!!!!
I would rate zero stars, if I could. I live in the Las Vegas area. AmeriGas close the location in Las Vegas. I have been so unhappy with the terrible customer service over the last couple of years. This company is price gouging they’re charging me $4.99 per gallon in their competitors are only charging $2.89 per gallon. I called on April 17,2023 to get a refund that I had in my account so I can close my account. They said I would receive my refund in 7 to 10 business days I did not receive my refund so I called back on May 1... read more
I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD. We moved into a new home and had scheduled appointments with them to come and check and install propane. They made me miss 4 days of work because they kept calling on the day of the appointment s after th scheduled time saying the person that was coming called in. Another reason I do not recommend them is because everytime you call support the support people are in another state so you never talk to anyone local.. HORRIBLE SERVICE
