I have had tank (gauge) problems with Amerigas nearly all the years I have been a customer with the company. Last fall I called & was told of a possible charge of app. $300.00 to send someone to check on the problem (Amerigas property). I called again recently & a very nice lady reached out to help with my problem. Delivery driver came & located the problem. Waiting now for a replacement tank.
Customer service is awful. Apparently there is no communication between employees and call center. Keep getting the run around. Even talked with a "supervisor " who promised delivery today. Called back today because no delivery and was told it will be tomorrow. So I guess we will see when our propane shows up. Absolutely ridiculous!
