My experience as a new AmeriGas customer was terrible, and I would not recommend AmeriGas based on the service I received. It took five weeks, eight calls, and over five total hours on hold just to get my first delivery. My inspection was a no-show, multiple appointments were dropped, updates were never provided as promised, and I received conflicting information from several representatives throughout the process.
