Awful horrible overpriced exhortation. WE NEED OTHER OPTIONS
Was told if I had given my farm bureau I'd number in the next days I'd get a discount on load if I ordered a full load. Called back with the membership number and denied the discount.
No customer service. You will likely be put on hold for hours ,being transferred from one dept to another, expect another hold and still no one can resolve your issue.
Spent 4 hours off and on the phone with customer service and their website trying to get propane ordered after they failed to monitor my levels and I ran out during the once in a lifetime snow storm. The pay methods that I had on file were no longer being accepted and I was moved to will call without notification. Multiple service reps only fix was that I might have typed in my card/account numbers wrong. I re-entered them 6 different times to make sure.
