Price gouging. Up to 130% over market rate. Assigning fees (early termination l) that do not apply to me. Representative lying and stating I must pay the fee. Burden of proof that I didn’t lease/rent equipment was put in me by Amerigas. Pretty sure this is one of the most criminal enterprises in the US. They have a 20+ year track record of scamming, over charging, and leaving people freezing. Hopefully the courts do somethbeyond a simple fine and force all leadership out, split the company up and sell it to small utility own... read more

There was no follow up after the first appointment
I called Amerigas to set up a 4-month payment plan. The customer service rep was very courteous and knowledgeable. She also answered some questions I had as well.
I love the staff their courtesy n compitance make a pleasant experience
