Great service but they charge you for using a credit card. This is uncalled for.........
I pay tank rental and the tank is a rust bucket. I asked for it to be painted and they never show up
One of the worst businesses out there. I rented a home over a year ago then randomly got charged a rental fee. I payed the fee and asked to have the account closed and WASNT told that the tank would be picked up. The tank was in the PMs name before I ever moved in and only got transferred to me after. NOW, they wanna charge me 200 dollars for a pickup fee. Now the new tenants have no gas for anything, and the PM was never given the option to defer the tank back to them. Company failed to detect a gas leak, my tank then ran out. I was charged $700+ in fees and was left without heat for 8 days in the coldest part of winter. Was then told they weren’t sure when they could fill/fix my tank and charged me additional fees for going with another company that filled my tank within 24 hours. Was impossible to get a customer service representative on the phone and was told multiple times they couldn’t find my account to confirm service, yet they found my account to charge me for services they didn’t ... read more
