Telephone is disconnected! We’re supposed to be on a plan where they make sure our buried tank is filled when it’s getting low. Apparently that didn’t work since in the middle of cooking, my tank ran dry. So I tried to call the office in Martinsville and the number is no longer connected?! I double checked on the website after logging in to my account. I have the right number but it doesn’t work anymore!
Driver was kind and considerate. I have a concern my propane tank is sinking into the ground ? I find it to be very concerning? Should someone check it out from your company?
Great service but terrible fees. Your tank rental is a rip-off. You won't even let the customer purchase it even though they have paid for it time and again.
Great service but they charge you for using a credit card. This is uncalled for.........
I pay tank rental and the tank is a rust bucket. I asked for it to be painted and they never show up
