Worst service ever.... Needed a tank picked up and got a date scheduled. That day came and went without anyone showing to pick it up. Called and found out that it was rescheduled but no one bothered to let us know. The new date came and went without anyone showing up,, so called again and lo and behold found out it had again been rescheduled without anyone bothering to notify us. What a joke...... had them pick up a tank due to us no longer living in place that we were needing tank, they are charging me $150 restocking fee and the tank was about 50% full. Mind you it was empty when they delivered and I had to pay up front to fill. If ever I get to where I may need propane I will NEVER use Americas!!!!!
Absoultely the worst service I have ever had. Delay after delay, any checks made out to them have to go to some lockbox before the payment is posted (sometimes ten days) and in the meantime they send out "overdue payment" notices. People that answer the phones in Mountain Home and the Greenleaf office west of Caldwell, Id really don't give a rip...now you have to input your credit card number using the touchpad on your telephone. This is my first and last experience with this company.
