All of the staff we have dealt with from new install to filling and getting us up and running have been amazing.
Fast install of my new tank and fast delivery with propane.
I called to have my tanks picked up and they first told me no charge and then said $199, I then received the invoice for $445 and when I called they said there was a pickup fee of $299 plus other fees. I told them that was not what I was told on the phone and they basically said tough luck. One of the tanks was over 40 years old. I think I would avoid this company.
Be real Careful dealing with this company, they will tell you one thing and do another. They promised us a temporary tank for free and free install 1000 tank. Neither were true. Set up two temporary tanks and charged for delivery and install. Go with reed oil!!!! Half the price!!! Way better service
