Terrible customer service , numerous calls , put on hold for 60-90 minutes , charged $391 to come unlock my tank after they delivered propane , will be canceling service with them if I can ever get someone to answer the phone
The only thing I don't like is the amounts you expect to be paid. I'm retired and it is tough to make 300.00 payments.
I had a tank delivered on 1/13 and was told there is enough propane in the tank to last a few days and the tank would be filled within 1-2 days. Today is 1/20 and we have been without a stove or heat in for a few days due to the tank never being filled. I have made numerous calls and cannot get propane delivered. I took a day off work because I was told they would need in the house so I wasted a pto day to sit in a cold house. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever had.
