I am on automatic delivery. Those deliveries have not been happening. On 1/2/2025 my tank ran empty. I called customer service on 1/3/2025 to arrange for delivery. I will NOT pay the emergency delivery fee as it was not my fault the tank is empty. I was assured by the customer service agent that delivery would be made on 1/4/2025. I was also told by the agent that I would need to be present since the tank is empty so a leak check can be performed. The delivery was not made on 1/4/2025. I set up an account well over a month ago. They said they would call me to set up coming out to inspect my propane tank and start my service. Ive called them again to see why no one has called to schedule. Was told they would 'expedite' still no call. If there wasn't already a full Amerigas tank on the property I bought, I'd find another company, ANY other company. This is ridiculous.

A great company if you want to pretend you’re Ukrainian and go without gas. They don’t deliver.

AmeriGas use to be on the ball for Carbon and Emery when they had a local office but now you can't hardly get them to come and fill your tank. I've been calling and going online trying to get my propane tank filled but nothing yet, not even a date. I starting to think they'll let me run out, I'm not impressed with the customer service department at all, if they worked for me I'd replace them.
