Angela Warner from the Ellensburg office was absolutely amazing! Professional & Polite and FULLY Engaged.
Corporate is impossible to deal with and make it you can't talk with local until I finally got to talk with the driver. He is the only reason for the 2nd star. Otherwise it would have been 1. Sadly not much competition to make them give human service. It's all left to the computers which are dumb ai.
If I could I would give Amerigas zero stars. Worst company I’ve ever worked with. They need representatives that speak English in all the areas they serve. Customer service is useless!
Worst LP in home provider ever! Poor customer service with off shore call centers. Inability to resolve issues with numerous calls, disconnection and hours on hold. Overcharging 20 to 33 percent every year for the last 20 years.
