I purchased a home with an ameria gas tank on it and wanted to switch to a local company. They charged me $450 for tank pickup fee and then another $150 for canceling.. I would never recommend them
I started with solid installation experience. Over time the poor communication, expensive prices, and overseas customer service made this company intolerable to deal with. I would not recommend them because they have outsourced so much and no longer take care of their local customers. So sad.

I do not recommend Amerigas. They aren't a fair company to deal with. There are other options out there. Avoid if you can.
Always very responsive. When we had a very cold month, we called to order early. Within two days our tank was full. Other times during an emergency, low propane level, they have responded and are available 24/7. Our online account is helpful and easy to access.
