This place is horrible. I've been trying since January to get them to call me about a tank to be picked up and nothing. The people I have talked to you cannot understand. I would not recommend amerigas to anyone.
Customer service is a nightmare. All overseas and they have no idea what they are doing.
Amerigas has been contacted on several occasions over the last 10 months telling them that service is to have been disconnected, yet the tank is still on the property and has been filled without reason.
The experience of trying to make monthly payments leaves a lot to be desired. The people on the receiving end of the call are to hard to understand. Also the last man that I talked to asked me for my name and billing address at least 5 times. I answered at least that many times and thought I was going to have to hang up or ask for someone else to help me. If your calls are recorded as it says, you don't have to take my word, just pull it and listen. As for the order and delivery, it is 5 star plus.
