We were overcharged over a period of 2 years by about 7 to 8 thousand. Nothing worse than trusting amerigas with the rates. We were paying more than double the going rate.
Please remove your tank off my property, closed my account in Nov of 2025 and tank is still here empty and no use to me. To me this is abandoning your property and not to mention hazard materials. I paid to have natural gas ran to my home after many let downs and false promises on delivery's. To me this is abandoning your property and not to mention hazard material.
Terrible place to deal with. We called a week ago. Someone came early and left saying nobody was home we have to reorder. FYI we were here. They came back. Said the tank wasn't level can't fill. Then they charged 119 to level it. 10 minutes. Now they keep saying can't till it is fixed. ( It is) Now they want $300 for urgent fill. Still no gas. I was on phone for 2 hours. Still no propane coming
Easy to change date online when gas use changed, came when needed, easy automated billing and payment.
Customer Service is awful it is outsourced to foreign lands. The agents are hard to understand and they either don't undrerstand or don't want to understand issues. You can not get to a supervisor. I will be changing to another company as soon as the weather breaks.
