If I could leave a no star I would. I set up a new account and was told it was budget billing that it would be x per month and that i would get a call before my delivery since I had to be home. None of that happened. When I called for the fifth time to speak to a supervisor I was told they did not want to talk to me and could not help me. Horrible service and the account has only been open for 4 days.
Amerigas is VERY overpriced. I switched to them after I left Lafayette Bottled Gas after poor customer service then Ferrellgas bought them out and jacked their prices. Didn’t take long and Amerigas did the same. Try Keystone formerly Ceres Solutions which is very much cheaper, friendly service and dependable, reliable service.
I'm not a fan of texting in chat but got through it. Got a good price and will call as soon as I get filled to pre buy more gas for later this winter.
