The technician arrived to complete my safety inspection and took the lid to my gas tank then knocked on my door to say allow him to show me something potentially dangerous but not to inform me he took my lid or why. I contacted customer service and was informed I’d have to pay for another one which is almost $300. I asked if the technician was the one whom removed the lid then why am I paying for a new one you should have him bring mine back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10+ STARS IF I COULD We’ve been working with AmeriGas for over 14 years at Restaurante La Taberna in Vero Beach Fl, and they have always taken care of us. Yesterday, we had a serious emergency in the middle of operations. It was after 5PM, and we weren’t sure anyone would be able to come out. I made the call, and within 40 minutes, their team was on-site and had everything fixed quickly. Because of them, we were able to get right back to business with minimal downtime. Dreadful customer experience. 60 minute wait time on calls. Service guys are good but good luck gettng someone on the phone who knows what they are doing
