Impossible to reach anyone with out being on hold for atleast 35-45 minutes.
The going rate for propane in this area is $5.11 per gallon. I just paid $151.68 for 22 gallons. That's $6.90 per gallon. NOT happy!!!
Terrible customer service, any time I call, I’m on hold for 40+ minutes. Was on schedule for a Friday or the following Monday. No one showed up either day, no one contacted to let me know. Still can’t get any one in the phone to tell me when someone will actually be here. Going on two weeks with no gas for my stove. Make it hard as possible to get the account switched into my name and then to even get someone here. Just a mess. Crazy I can’t go to an office to speak to someone. Just something to be aware of. We were renting a 57 gallon tank for many years. When we moved and canceled the service they charged us $440.98 to pick up the tank. Service discharge fee: 119.99 Pickup charge: 299.99 tax: (18+3) 21.00
