Terrible customer service! Find another service provider. Hard to get in touch with, they give incorrect information and pricing. Will never use them again
Please - everyone read their reviews. I mean this place is just like the reviews. Here’s one added piece: their customer service department is served by a company “located in Cleveland Ohio” whose employees are not in that location - they are located outside the US. That’s all fine and good for the company: but clearly the service people are unaware about Florida weather (and our cold snap here).
