Excellent service and fair pricing
Terrible - can't talk to anyone, no one can help me. Can't give better prices. Terrible
They won’t seem to answer their phone. I’ve called twice waited over 10 minutes each time to speak with somebody. Nobody answers the phone. That’s no way to run a business.
It doesn’t seem to matter that we are timely and request the delivery of our propane before it gets below 5%. If the website was just clear about that we would be accommodating, but my husband spent five days in our home without heat waiting for the propane to be delivered, and there was always a reason that it was delayed.
