Terrible customer service to have a business in Juneau AK and no local contact to get tank filled. When you have keep full and they let you run out of propane then some customer service person tells you it could take up to 10 days for a delivery. That total BS it is the fricken winter and tons of snow and cold.

No good phone assistance. Local phone number takes you to an international call center. Needs improvement.
AmeriGas charges a annual fee to get a "lower per gallon rate". This is just a way for AmeriGas to charge you a higher average rate under the false front they are giving the customer a lower rate. AmeriGas promotes the "bring in your tank for a lower customer price", That sounds good but they are not open at noon, after work at 4:30 or on Saturday to drop off or pick up your tank. So while is looks "Good" in the advertising, it is a joke.
horrible customer service. impossible to get ahold of and no emergency line.
