No good phone assistance. Local phone number takes you to an international call center. Needs improvement.
AmeriGas charges a annual fee to get a "lower per gallon rate". This is just a way for AmeriGas to charge you a higher average rate under the false front they are giving the customer a lower rate. AmeriGas promotes the "bring in your tank for a lower customer price", That sounds good but they are not open at noon, after work at 4:30 or on Saturday to drop off or pick up your tank. So while is looks "Good" in the advertising, it is a joke.
horrible customer service. impossible to get ahold of and no emergency line.
I asked them to get their tank off my property over a year ago. They required the previous owner to request it, since it was in his name, even though he hasn't owned the property in almost 2 years. Called with the previous owner on the phone to request it. Tank is still on my property. If they send me a bill for the rental fee of the tank, I'm not paying it. I've requested multiple times they come get their tank.
Difficult spot to get to but your guys got there and filled my tanks as requested and on day stated.
