Not the friendliest or the cheapest propane provider. Once you sign with them, you might feel trapped. Typically over the national propane price per gallon. Tank fees are constantly increasing even though its the same tank in the same underground location.
An excellent outfit
This company truly has the worst customer service I've ever dealt with I have been trying to get an issue resolved for months now. I've been told I'll be called back to not be called back, I've talked to supervisor customer service reps it doesn't matter who it is at this company you talk to they do not care at all. I would never recommend this company to anyone which is very sad I use to think they were a reputable business before I used their services.
