Getting a gas delivery from Amerigas is like pulling teeth. Multiple calls, many visits to the website, rude customer service. It wasn't like this before our local gas delivery sold to a huge corporation.
This was an out the ordinary request for additional propane. I was kept informed of both expected delivery and delays based on weather. The delivery was rescheduled automatically and I was notified when it was completed. Service was timely and customer service was helpful.
