Horrible customer service.
And all the 23 years that I've been married to my husband and ordering propane this is the worst experience I've ever had get it together people
They sent a guy out for my safety assurance check, his name was Shay, I have to give that guy amazing credit! He called me 10 minutes before he arrived to make sure I was home, then after he arrived he was honest and awesome about everything! By far the best experience!
I bought a tank 8 years ago. I’ve used it fine with no problems. I switched to propane for heat this summer and paid $285 for a tank fill for the winter on 10/14. I finally realized that my tank was still unfilled. It seems now that I am to pay for a $220ish tank inspection fee. I call to talk to someone and I can talk to no one local. I drove to their business and speak to a driver who gets my number to a local person who has yet to call me back. I want a full refund but they won’t refund my credit card fee. BS.
