Price was twice what others were and never come when called for days.
Professional delivery
I ordered propane and waited the hole day for them after they said they would be there and at 6pm got a text they wasn’t going to make it and I never recieved the propane or Hurd from them again and missed a day of work
Poor communication and not willing to help with my situation at all.
You will not listen to us and understand that we are not going to pay for propane that was in the tank when we bought the house. It was not in our contract anywhere that we agreed to do so. Even if we did, there were not 270 gallons in the tank when we bought it on Jan 2nd. That is evidenced by the fact that it held 323 gallons when you filled it up on Jan 30th.
