I have used Amerigas since we moved back to Oklahoma 3 yrs. ago. Up until this year, I was very pleased with the personal contact, being able to speak to someone locally, and know my delivery guy. Today, I tried to call the local Tahlequah office 3 times, and each time I got a CSR located at a large call center, and I'm guessing somewhere in India. Price was twice what others were and never come when called for days.
Professional delivery
I ordered propane and waited the hole day for them after they said they would be there and at 6pm got a text they wasn’t going to make it and I never recieved the propane or Hurd from them again and missed a day of work
Poor communication and not willing to help with my situation at all.
