This is the worst of worst gas company around they have been promising me a delivery now for 2 days before 12 this place needs to be replaced
We are getting a pool put in. It turns out that corporate does not know what is going on locally. According to a lady in the office in Crestview, there is no service department until further notice locally and there hasn't been for months. This means that they will only deliver propane. They will not set new tanks or do site surveys or any other kind of maintenance. The only service calls they are taking is for leaks. We have been trying to get our propane tank returned to them since December 2020. The local office does not list a telephone number so when you call the 800 number they try to transfer you and they almost never answer their phone. If this is indicative of their service, find another way
