Dont sign up online and expect it to be honored
delivery person was very nice and spoke to me about the delivery. nice change from recent customer experiences.
You can no longer talk to your local store. They throw you in a phone que and make you wait an hour to talk to someone and then they won't even send a confirmation email for a cancellation. They said to "trust" them. My order is still open on the website and not cancelled. They charge me $150 a year to rent their tank and get an annual inspection. I havent had an inspection for 2 years. Don't do business with them as they don't do what they say they are going to do.
Appreciated all the communications , when they would come to fill, they arrived and when they were done filling. It is really helpful in this hectic world!
