Scheduled a delivery going on 3 weeks ago and nothing. Was scheduled for a delivery the last day of the window I was told would happen, and they were a no show. The next day, I was not even on a scheduled route and ran out of propane. Company is a joke and the customer service is trash. Promised calls back and not once, did that ever happened.
We've had an Amerigas tank and service for over 10 years. The tank has serious rust issues, especially at the seams. Called service and was told it would cost $119 for them to inspect THEIR tank. Tech is spoke with was helpful but difficult to understand. One would expect the tech filling the tank would also inspect it, but suppose that doesn't generate revenue. Very disappointed.
Missed my delivery, after I called a couple of weeks prior to get my tank filled. Was waiting for over an hour on the phone to talk to a supervisor. Someone picked up and then hung up instantly. Starting the process all over again. Terrible customer service.
Terrible company. The comany delivers propane when it is not needed or requested in an effort to boost revenues. They make it impossible to speak to a person to resolve the issue. I will be requesting removal of their tank ASAP.
Driver came around 8pm, got us propane before the winter storm! Can’t thank him enough.
