Horrible and one of the worse companies I dealt with. Always difficult to schedule and request a refill, you speak to the dumbest customer service agents from overseas, extremely not a customer centric company (once you get singed up contractually, you are on your own!), never met any management team member, even ones, called in an equipment issue numerous times in both phone call and emails and didn’t get a call back after over a month!!!!!, Territory Manager called and gave a bunch of excuses in blaming other departments f... read more
They wanted to know how i enjoyed the experience.I have no idea what they did.
It takes forever to get help and all they do is read from a script. Your company is all about collecting fees but not in giving any customer service. Need to bring help back to this country.
Horrible customer service. They also randomly charge hundreds and hundreds of dollars worth of fake “service fees”.
