Terrible customer service. Price per gallon is double
Helpful when I get a person from the U.S., but poor when I get a Filipino. I have real difficulties with their English & they have difficulties understanding my problem and giving the correct solution.
They STILL have 2 bottles (5 gal jugs) that they took back in October to update; now no one knows where the bottles are. - - - LOST?
So we moved out of town and were calling Amerigas to get propane service, tank set and installed lines, and it's been nothing but problems. First off you have animated calls which are frustrating. Then you have the worthless call center that is no help and is a huge hassle. I would recommend any other local service provider before I would go through this company. It's nothing but a headache.
