If you’re near Olympia go with All American propane. Half the cost, great customer service, talk to someone with in a minute of calling. Amerigas charges 5 dollars a gallon. That's double any other company around here!!!!! Run. 130 a year for a 120 gallon rental again double runnnn!!!! This wouldn't be worth it even if they had excellent customer service. Terrible customer service, even when you call back to correct their mistakes. The claimed the delivery was another week out, although I had made notes on the dates. Office on the E coast, call center people not trained. Just awful.
The worst customer service ever. I have been waiting for a tank replacement for 6 months. I have called customer service numerous times and each time they assure me they are working on it and a local service provider will be calling to schedule the replacement. Each time call back after weeks/months of no response, I have to start over with a new customer service representative. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!
They farmed out the phones to some other country good luck with the accents they couldn’t give me a price per gallon without an account which I had but they kept asking me the same questions over and over my answers never changed and they would repeat my answer so I know they heard me but just didn’t understand. I went to Ferrell gas local lady perfect English great service you might have to wait a couple minutes but it’s worth it
