Terrible customer service, even when you call back to correct their mistakes. The claimed the delivery was another week out, although I had made notes on the dates. Office on the E coast, call center people not trained. Just awful.
The worst customer service ever. I have been waiting for a tank replacement for 6 months. I have called customer service numerous times and each time they assure me they are working on it and a local service provider will be calling to schedule the replacement. Each time call back after weeks/months of no response, I have to start over with a new customer service representative. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!
They farmed out the phones to some other country good luck with the accents they couldn’t give me a price per gallon without an account which I had but they kept asking me the same questions over and over my answers never changed and they would repeat my answer so I know they heard me but just didn’t understand. I went to Ferrell gas local lady perfect English great service you might have to wait a couple minutes but it’s worth it
