Worst experience ever!
Ever since the use of the electronic call system was implemented this company's service is garbage. The personnel in the Statesboro office are amazing and great to work with , the call center people are inept and clueless. The person or persons who made the decision to put this system in place should all lose their jobs. Once I sell this house I will never use Amerigas again as my propane supplier, the corporate office is useless.
Worst customer service I have ever received and I am not a customer. This company refuses to make an appointment to pick up and disconnect one of their tanks that is on a home we purchased. People work for a living and they think they can just call and say "Hey we are here, let us in." I have called for the past three weeks to set up an appointment for a tank pick up. Their words, "We don't make appointments, we can just come on your property." I wrote their corporate office and they refuse to respond as well. *Update* 01/04... read more
