This was my first delivery since they closed the local branch in Somerset, Kentucky. It was horrible, as I could only talk to someone that appeared to be overseas, and the system they were pulling information from about my delivery was highly inaccurate. The first delivery required that I take off work and stay home in order for the delivery to be made. If u wanna be let down . They will be happy to do it in your time of need. Order 30days in advance .be lucky still be 2 weeks late.! BOTTOM LINE.
Didn't have to be present for delivery and no damage was noticed
