Stir clear of AmeriGas unless you want ripped off and threatened with court! AmeriGas was at my house when punched, no contract signed with gas company, just took over paying tank rental and fill ups. Used for 1 winter realized between tank rental and gas prices they are quite a bit higher than many other gas company's in my area, so decided to change companies. Upon calling to cancel service and have tank picked up I'm slapped with a $420 fee and told I can pay it or they'll see me in court. All of this was supposedly in th... read more
Company states they filled tank to 40% today… this is the second time they have lied about how much they filled… I called it in at 25% (“luis” confirmed via his records I called in at 25%)…. Then Luis said his tech said it was at 30% and he filled it up to 40%… so tell me why it’s now only at 30%…. Here’s the reality…They only filled 5%…. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Amerigas are always on the job I never have to worry about my Propane running out. I have three gas heaters and a backup generator.
