This was my first delivery since they closed the local branch in Somerset, Kentucky. It was horrible, as I could only talk to someone that appeared to be overseas, and the system they were pulling information from about my delivery was highly inaccurate. They showed up very timely after my on line request for service

If u wanna be let down . They will be happy to do it in your time of need. Order 30days in advance .be lucky still be 2 weeks late.! BOTTOM LINE.
Didn't have to be present for delivery and no damage was noticed
