So I just canceled my service with Amerigas because there price per gallon was over $3 which is asinine. So I switched to Borealis which was $1.70/gallon. Then Amerigas asked me if they could price match to keep me as a customer. You guys should already been price matching with your other competitors. Poor customer service if you ask me. Charles was great! Fast, friendly and had great communication. While he was filling my tank, my lab snuck over to him with his frisbee and Charles started to throw my labs frisbee!
terrible customer service
Had my 500 gallon tank picked up earlier this spring with 70% of contents remaining. First time I called and spoke to a representative I was quoted a refund of 1222.58. Second time I called they mysteriously lost any record of my tank quantity. Still have not received my refund and reported to the BBB with no action. Terrible company.
