terrible customer service
Had my 500 gallon tank picked up earlier this spring with 70% of contents remaining. First time I called and spoke to a representative I was quoted a refund of 1222.58. Second time I called they mysteriously lost any record of my tank quantity. Still have not received my refund and reported to the BBB with no action. Terrible company.
I don’t know where I have to write this review for the emergency 24/7 line for Anerigas, but I had to call for a leaky tank upon exchange and was put on the line with an English gentleman named Robert, and all I can say is give that man a raise. Fast, efficient, to the point. Got me a new tank and took care of the leaky one within minutes. First customer service call I had to make in a while that I didn’t get aggravated on. Keep up the good work, Robert.
Everything went smoothly except I really was not notified as to the date and time of the delivery. Your driver called me and luckily, was in driving distance to get there to accommodate him. Could have been a little better information on time of delivery.
Quick response to my desire to have tank filled. Driver Rod was polite and had great customer service.
