If I could give zero stars I would. Terminated service with them March of 2018. Propane tank still sits in our yard after more than 5 scheduled appointments for pick up. Terrible company and many poor excuses.
I kept smelling propane at my tank in May i called they sent someone out and they said it was fixed I had it filled on October 3 seemed to be using to much so I called and still i smelled propane at the tank they sent someone out again he found 2 leaks but didn't have the tools to fix it I let him use my tools to fix it I believe it was leaking for 2 and half months now they want me to pay for the propane that leaked out when there tank that malfunctioned called customer service talked to 4 different people I got the run aro... read more
Worse service ever. Paid for propane on the 13rh. Wont get it till the 28th. No excuse Took my money immediately!!!! Imagine that!!!

I am a brand new customer and signed up for automatic delivery because I've never lived in the country and wanted the assurance of not running out of gas. You made a mistake and I did not get a delivery. I ran out of propane on a very cold (0 deg) Sunday morning. When I called, your representative checked the situation out.
