How am I being asked to pay 300 to escalate service when its scheduled to be delivered today 1/19 as of 5:14pm no delivery and completely out of gas

If I could leave NO stars I would. Unfortunately we are renting a home and they only use Amerigas for our propane water heater and heating source. We were told we have to have a saftey inspection before they can deliver propane, and that was fine, totally understand protocol.... What is not fine is the fact that since 9/4/25 we have been told TEN different times that someone would be out to do the inspection and provide the 100 gallons we have ALREADY paid for..... I have taken DAYS of work off for NO CALL NO SHOWS from this... read more
Worst experience ever today in 12 years of using Amerigas. Delivery driver shows up. My dogs are tethered and fenced, the gas access is at least 50 feet from the pets. I talked w driver while he was in driveway and told him I would put them inside anyway, he said he was bit before and scared, after I secured the dogs and told the delivery driver they're secured , he drove off and failed to deliver my propane. If I could rate lower than a 1 I would. .
