Worst experience ever today in 12 years of using Amerigas. Delivery driver shows up. My dogs are tethered and fenced, the gas access is at least 50 feet from the pets. I talked w driver while he was in driveway and told him I would put them inside anyway, he said he was bit before and scared, after I secured the dogs and told the delivery driver they're secured , he drove off and failed to deliver my propane. If I could rate lower than a 1 I would. .
Do not under any circumstances use this company if you can help it. I have never had more issues with customer service than I do with Amerigas. The technicians that actually come out to the property are fine. But getting anything scheduled or having any questions answered is a nightmare. No one speaks proper English and they're constantly saying things are scheduled or fixed only for that not to be the case. Hold times for calls are beyond long and nothing ever gets handled properly. Save yourself the headache.
AWFUL. I’d give it zero stars. Their call centers are in India and the Philippines. Their billing is fraudulent and service is atrocious. Do not use. Get a local propane company instead.
