I have had an account for 30 years...500gl tank in Chiloquin OR. I have called multiple times over the padt 2 months to get tank filled ...we are now less that 20%...they have cancelled multiple appoints and now say they need to do an inspection...1st time on 30 years...they said a tep will call me in 48hrs to make the appoint...no show...i wait a week and call back...they said the appointment was cancelled the day i made it!? The driver that you sent tore up my tank forcing me to have a pick up tank. You have not picked up your tank. The driver was supposed to fill up the tank but he did not. You lied about how much you put in. You kept on changing the amount that you put in the tank on the website. How I know the new company that I am connect to did not take out a full tank. Pick up your tank, do not charge me for pick up since you tore up the tank. I took a picture of the tank before the driver came. I was little under 38%. I have been with you... read more
Wonderful crew
What a nightmare to no longer be able to talk to someone directly in the Klamath Falls office of Amerigas. Instead when I call the number I am connected to a call center in India with endless holds, delays, and people who can't help me with what I need. I wish I had an alternative to Amerigas, whose service used to be so reliable.
