I am a new customer. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a company. The tank was dropped off and a leak test done and he left. I was never told that the tank only is filled to 10% when dropped off. After realizing that I only had 10% in the tank I tried to get help on the phone I had no account number or no information on my account. I am a new customer. I got gas last week. I got a flyer in the mail saying for a new customer 25% off gas and a free inspection. So I entered the code online and everything looked good. I called because I don’t like to do stains online and verified everything and then had them have somebody come out. Everything went good. They filled my tank but now when I look at my bill, I have a bill for the inspection.
